  • Redefining navigation bar: Updated website with a strong UX flow, indicating clear guidance to information. Modifications made from the oversimplified flow to a more reliable flow provided by change in copywriting and ensuring it was optimised for SEO.

  • Unified and easy flow for firs-time visitors: Poor flow with unclear directions modified to clear CTAs and navigation bar indicating specific destination. Concentrated especially on a smooth transition for visitors on requesting a demo, targeting the goal of the website presence.

Goals of UX flow modification:

  • A persuasive and interactive website which engages the visitors integrate a demo to their business.

  • Clear navigation bar and page categorisation with clear copywriting leading to expected destination by users.

  • No recycled content, and clear content corresponding with information. Design elements from the chatbot itself to present familiarity once trying the demo.

  • Modifications in UX copywriting, voicing the true benefits and advantages of LUX for business.

Built a design system that includes fonts, sizes, shapes, rounding, color palettes, components, and animations to ensure a consistent design scheme and user experience.
